Yesterday was one of those disgruntled days where no matter how much I accomplished and how much I tried to look on the bright side, I was just surly. Aaah, PMS, nothing like a bunch of progesterone to ruin my day. R and I are having a really busy week and I feel bad because I can tell that even though I try to phrase things the right way, my words have barbs and thorns on them. I can't seem to strip them from my tone. I've apologized and tried to make clear what I really mean, but that doesn't help the fact that I'm just stuck in hackles-up mode for the time being. Hopefully the flow will start soon, so rising estrogen will give me a sunny demeanor for the weekend.
