I work M-W, soon to be M,T,Th and usually get home between 2 and 3, so theoretically if I joined a gym I could just barely avoid the largest throng of thongs. I did notice in Sac. that working out between 10-2 was the best for not having to look at thongs, navels, or silicon (of course that was also the times that the shuttles from nursing homes/retirement communities brought their folks in, so sometimes the equipment was just as crowded).
This is also a money issue for me - if I went to all four classes (which I'd like to) that would be $6/week. Even with a good deal, my gym in Sac was $25/month and it wasn't like I'd get prorated if I only used it twice a week. What is nice about these classes is that I won't have to pay while I'm back home for Christmas or if I go away to job interviews, etc.
