I have a really fun job. My task for this evening is to scour Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers for the scene where Sheila Chandra sings (I think it's an elven one, from the sound of her voice).

Well that and finish my lecture for tomorrow...

Oh and for the record, I'm proud of my decision to have fresh pomegranate for snack rather than chocolate, though I reserve my right to snack on chocolate later.

If it helps, the name of the Sheila Chandra piece is "Breath of Life." It happens sometime after Sam and Frodo are taken by Faramir and Frodo bargains with Faramir and eventually betrays Gollum to save his life. I think it's linked with Arwen and Aragorn's relationship.

And yay for pomegrantes!

yep - its when Aragorn wakes back up after falling the river after the Worg attack - right before the horsey kisses :)

Thanks for the tip.

lol - both in general is a good rule of thumb. It was a good pomegranate - I had the seller pick them for me at the farmers market - even though I have gotten tips from people on 2 continents, I can't seem to consistently pick out good ones.
