okay, I'm ready to leave the country
Everything is packed but the computer and a couple of carry on things, and I have 45 minutes before I leave for SJ to have dinner with the Bosnian and his mommy and then be taken to the airport.
I am underslept (silly pre-trip anxiety!), but calm and happy to be returning to a community that I care about.
I should arrive in Tashkent on Thursday around 9 a.m. PST, 9 p.m. Tashkent time. That's right, after my flight leaves around 9:30 tonight, I'll be in the air or the airport for 36 hours.
Your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated as I make this transition.
I hope to post on the flipside at some point.
