teaching possibilities

It turns out that my fellowship will let me teach 25% while I'm writing my dissertation. That basically means that I can teach one class at a community college as an adjunct. R and I are planning to move to Sacremento when we get back to the states and I'd like to start sending my resume out probably as soon as we get back. Do any of you in LJ land have connections with heads of music departments in colleges in the Sac/Davis area? (I'm looking at you msh) I might be willing to commute into Livermore if the class schedule is right. If any of you guys have any bright ideas of where to start hawking my skills, I'd appreciate the help.
