a gentle reminder about the importance of boundaries and compassion from uncledark:

"Learn to say No, and to accept No with grace."

Thanks. That pretty much sums up a lot of the conflict that is going on in my various social and familiar circles right now. People who either can't say no gracefully, or receive a no gracefully. It's an art, that middle path between doormat and bitch.
