merchimerchI just went to amazon.com to order my older bro. a birthday present (I sent him the piled higher and deeper comic book). Amazon has given their front page to disaster releif and I am so happy that I was able to send of $10 to the red cross even though I'm stuck all the way in UZ. I haven't commented on the quake/tsunami issue because there really aren't any words. I grew up with tsunami warnings throughout my child hood and it appauls me that such a fairly simple system could have saved thousands of lives, but wasn't put in place because of money. My heart goes out to all the families there.
While looking for the book for my brother, I found a book called "how to write your dissertation in 15 minutes a day." It's written by a psychologist and looks like a winner. I should try and acquire it when I get back stateside:
