I had a lovely breakfast this morning with my roommates in the sunny garden. I mentioned that I got all menstrual and emotional at R over the phone last night, but that R was really good at handling me and making me feel better. After I got off the phone with him I was able to get down to work for a while.

At that point S remarked that he thought panic is a part of my process.

I think he might be right.

I am a little sad and upset - nothing major - I think it is more like disgruntled.

I have a feeling that R's grandparents (with whom he is currently living) are going to make the maintaince part of our long distance relationship even more difficult than they already were.

While living there R has no internet connection and very limited access to phone. He is not to receive calls after 9 PM and is to limit the number of incoming calls he gets.

And today his grandmother hung up on me.

I called at about 7:45 (well within the given time limit) and grandma picked up the phone. "Hello, this is Tanya, is Rich there?" I asked.

Grandma replied "No he's not here" CLICK.

I didn't even have a chance to ask her to give him the message that I called or anything. She wasn't rude to me, or anything, she just hung up like I was a telemarketer or something - "nope not interested" CLICK.

ugh.
