(no subject)

Well after much angst I have my plane tickets, I leave Thursday morning because I couldn't get a friday flight that would work, and I come back Sunday morning. R is on a business trip selling art in Oregon until Friday (he left this morning), so it will be a whole week of separation. I came home today after a very long breakfast with G and some of her friends (I was there for 9 hours - I couldn't believe it), and it felt very lonely to know that R wasn't there and wasn't going to be there any time soon.

I think I took iyindo's advice about being patient and indulgent with myself - I stayed at G's as long as I wanted and now that I'm home I'm gonna do my homework when I feel like it. I should clean and do laundry, but I haven't got enough quarters at the moment, so I'll skip it for a little while longer - I've got underwear for a few more days.
