Nov. 17th, 2006 03:05 amThe paper went well, as expected. No one puked, and people seemed entertained.
Waking up at 3 A.M. with cramps so bad that they run up and down my legs to the point where my right calf seized up was an unexpected complication, but If I can give a paper with food poisoning, menstrual cramps (even of the kind I get) are pretty pedestrian.
Tomorrow morning is my day off - Saturday is still debatable, but I'm definitely going snorkeling and want to go to Pearl Harbor.
Having been to AMS recently, I can defintiely say that ethnomusicologists are socially awkward, but at least they're better socialized than historical musicologists :P
