This was sent to me by my ex P, since he knew me years ago as I was falling off the veggie wagon (which coincided with me hopping on the research wagon). He knows that I still favor what he calls "brown food."
I find it curious that we've switched roles and he's now a vegetarian except for organic meats, while I now jump for joy at the prospect of eating a juicy steak (though I have been cooking veggie at home for budgetary reasons). Actually, I believe we now eat the inverse of one another - he eats veggie in restaurants (unless they have organic meats), but eats meat he buys and cooks himself, while I eat meat when taken out for a meal, but am staying largely veg at home.
Anyway, it looks like a good recipe wizard that I'll have to try, especially since I have much of the ingredients on hand.
