Woooo! I found $1 aerobics at a rec center in the valley! T. and Th. Even better, there are $2 step classes M. and W. deeper in the valley - looks like I won't have to join a gym and work out with the thong patrol after all.

I don't know what your schedule is like these days, but for future reference, the non-thong patrol tends to hit mid-morning (around here anyway). But, wow, from about 4:30 until 7:00 pm - it's silicon implant hour!!!
