merchimerchI'm part way to PA, and there are free internets in the airport (as opposed to just about every other airport I've been in).
Yesterday was crazy hectic, but culminated in a good 2 hour stretch at the spa, which consisted of dunk in hot tub, dunk in mugwort/dong quai tub, cold blunge (brrrr!), steam room, nap on heated floor, oxygen sauna, back scrubbies from D, mugworts again, cold plunge again (with extra brrrr!) and then a very wobbly-kneed, jello-feeling, silly-grinning trip home via Beverlywood to deliver potatoes and Venice to eat at Maos.
Once I got home there was packing and car bestowing and other minutae to take care of, and it made me wonder if spending 2 hrs. at the spa is worth loosing 2 hrs of sleep. I think in this case definitely yes.
My next post should be from PA (if the fates allow it)
