merchimerchAOL on my work computer is apparently special...it just IMed me to tell me that I received 2 offline IMs and that I can change my settings to not receive them, but then it never showed me/gave me the two IMs that I missed.
So - if you left me something while I was offline, don't expect me to know what it is, because the ancient Mac I have to use for work apparently ate them.
