extraspecialk just recommended it to me after my TMI post about cold induced bloody noses. Actually my TA at USC also mentioned he heard a thing on NPR about sinus flushing, tried it and it worked.
So I trotted down to Kings Herbs in the valley (@Victory and Sepulveda - I love them), and didn't get a neti pot, but got the nasal flushing syringe they stock. (I think it was called "nasaline")
I whipped up 2 cups of saline and squirted about half a cup through my nose and ZOUNDS!!!!! I can breath through both nostrils for the first time in 2 days.
Hurray for Chinese magic! (even if this might be yoga magic at its roots)
