Jun. 15th, 2005 08:47 amLooks like today and tomorrow are going to be super busy - our friend K is flying out tomorrow in the early early AM and the Conservatory's exit exams are today and the College's are tomorrow....I am going to be a tired cookie by friday.
Plus R has had major dental work and is very out of sorts (understandably). The poor guy is getting all his fillings switched from mercury amalgam to ceramic plus having a botched root canal pulled and his front snaggle tooth repaired. He's heading back to the dentist on Thursday, which will be his 3rd trip. Luckily, K has bequeathed Tylenol 3 up on us.
Our plans for Tajikistan are moving along. We have our visas and the woman who is my main contact there came up with a horribly expensive place to stay for us ($50/night). I balked at this, especially because R and I pay $150 a MONTH here. Luckily Malika opa has family in Dushanbe and said that she would arrange it so we could stay with them. yay!
