I'll never complain about buses again (well, at least for a week or two)

I am so glad that I don't drive to work as a general rule, but today's drive into campus really drove that point home.

It took me 5-10 min. LONGER to get in this morning that it usually does when I ride the bus. I'm not quite sure how or why, but I think it has to do with carpool lanes and general traffic evilness.

Public transport in this city is crack-addled, but it sure beats doing the driving myself!

AOL on my work computer is apparently special...it just IMed me to tell me that I received 2 offline IMs and that I can change my settings to not receive them, but then it never showed me/gave me the two IMs that I missed.

So - if you left me something while I was offline, don't expect me to know what it is, because the ancient Mac I have to use for work apparently ate them.
