One more reason why I love

rednikki so very much--we went to Versailles for HOLY CRAP GARLIC Cuban chicken and she let me eat every single one of her fried plantains. Turns out, two-people's worth of plantains are just the right amount as I was not over-stuffed like I am when I order a side order plus my regular side with the chicken, and I did not feel deprived as I do when I only get the regular amount that comes with the chicken.

Rednikki pretended that she did not want/like any of the plantains, but I know that she really gave them to me because she is so generous and wonderful :)
