One more reason why I love rednikki so very much--we went to Versailles for HOLY CRAP GARLIC Cuban chicken and she let me eat every single one of her fried plantains. Turns out, two-people's worth of plantains are just the right amount as I was not over-stuffed like I am when I order a side order plus my regular side with the chicken, and I did not feel deprived as I do when I only get the regular amount that comes with the chicken.

Rednikki pretended that she did not want/like any of the plantains, but I know that she really gave them to me because she is so generous and wonderful :)

lol funny thing is that neither of our divorces will be final for a while, and alas bigamy is illegal in Cali.

Let's plan it! I also know a great Cuban place in Burbank. Chicken wasn't quite as good as Versailles, but the fried yucca can't be beat.

My palate is wide and vast, but the Cuban I know only bits and pieces. I mean, besides the Mojito, which we love like life.
