This is the coolest thing evar - a variable temperature electric kettle. At some point I'm going to get one for myself, since I've been in the market for an electric kettle:

This way, in addition to not needing to fire up the stove every time I want to heat water, I also don't have to do the guesswork to get 180 degree water for green and white teas.
