YUM! I am eating melty Cambozola on the toasted spelt/chickpea bread that I made last night and it is soooooo yummy. For those who don't know what Cambozola is it is what happens when brie and blue cheese have a baby. So it is creamy and mildy and wonderful and also full of yummy moldy blue bits. Donaithnen bought me my first hit of Cambozola (aka cheese flavored crack) and I haven't been able to find it since. I found it at trader joes last night and came home just now feeling naughty for leaving campus, but not too naughty since I still have cramps and don't have class until aerobics at 5. Now I get melt blue cheese on toast for lunch instead of boring salad - yay!
