I like brussel sprouts! I never knew - I thought that they were groady, since they always smelled and tasted like pungent, flaccid, over cooked little cabbages. Thank you
iyindo and axo for the super seeekrut brussel sprout kung fu tip!
I went to the farmers market, bought half a pound, cooked them up with olive oil and salt and ate them all up - YUM! Can't wait to get more next week.
Also, it was great to see the two of them and show them my house and take them to my happy little Italian joint, even if I have discovered that a seasonal produce restaurants aren't quite as amazingly delectable in January.
Thanks for making the drive, guys. It was great to see you and get a huge dose of belly laughs.
